Alma Mons has 10 employees with University degrees and long-term experience in the field of banking and finances, legal issues, foreign trade operations, international co-operation and PCM.
The operations of the Agency are organized in three departments: Territorial Animation (Territory Development Department), Department for SME support and training and Project management. In realisation of its activities the Agency makes use of more than 30 external experts, individual and corporate consultants from different fields of business – legal affairs, marketing, information technologies, accounting, business planning, psychology, etc.
Alma Mons has realised numerous projects with the international partners in the framework of the Cross Border Cooperation Programmes.
